Step 1. Orient the cube

Hold the cube so that:

• White center — on top
• Green center — facing you (front)
• Red center — on the right

This is the standard orientation. The centers of a 5×5 are mechanically fixed — re-orienting is rare, but double-check.

Step 2. Enter colors for all 6 faces

Pick a color from the palette, then click cells. Clicking the center of a face fills the entire face with the selected color (handy when a face is almost done). Right-click (or long-press on a phone) — erase a cell.
